How many times have we seen colleagues, family and friends berating others? Social media is probably the worst example of aiding and abetting disgraceful behavior. At our worst we have all been guilty of lashing out. I certainly have.

My thought of the week is that we all need to practice daily humble kindness. That does not mean that we do not hold ourselves and others accountable or that we can not have a difference of opinion. What it means is that we measure our responses as situations unfold and always be respectful and practice humble kindness. Let’s commit to making our words along with our actions count. Now that would make for a better world.
